Shitsurakuen Chapter 23 has been completely edited and ready for typesetting. But our translator Gummyy hasn’t replied back to me on her status. I believe she is being bombarded with various difficulties of the thing we call life. I hope that she is okay and will reply back soon! ^^;
For now the ETA shall now be indefinite until I am able to get a translation.

Yes, we will be doing chapter 24 as well as the omake (which is linked to 24). It will be the final chapter of the series.
